Hello and welcome!

This is my second and final (fingers crossed) addition to my Carier neighborhood, which is basically my vision of what the Sandstone Apartments would look like when (or if) Daemon Scooter finished renovating them.

There are 9 apartments, which can easily be transformed into 6 if you want, all of them are studio type with one bathroom each.
All of the apartments are furnished with basics only.
There's also a parking lot, a garage for two cars, a pool in a separate building and a playground.

From a plot perspective, I see it as if Daemon may have overestimated his finances a little bit and spent most of the money on building the pool and remaking the outsides of the building (or maybe he had to deal with some unexpected issues this old place might have had *a nod towards his son mentioning he might have seen some black mold*, who knows), so he had to cut corners when it came to renovating the apartments.

Also, of course the Scooters took all of their belongings with them after finishing this project, so you can barely find any traces of their presence (just to clarify tho, this lot wasn't actually inhabited by them, I had an empty copy saved in advance).

Please note that technically this is a residential lot and not an actual apartment building, but you can easily make it into one with a cheat code if you will.

The lot size is 50x60, the price is 197.796.
