This apartment had potential, but it was completely empty and a bit too big. I decided to create a space here for enterprising sims and now the apartment is ready for your sims to move in!
It may not be huge for a large family, but a couple of sims dreaming of their own business can fulfill their dreams here. I have prepared a place downstairs ready for any kind of business. The apartment has an open space and on the roof I created a place to have fun and spend time.

The walk in closet in the study part of the flat does not work. It's just a decoration, but don't worry! There are other wardrobes for your sims to change clothes!

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how will it work with any other version of the game.

I used cheats to build this, but I tested it and everything should work fine.
