Description :
This default replacement mod that overrides the date palm tree from Island Paradise. For me it looks cartoonish and unrealistic, so I went through and did some tweaking.
Conlicts :
As this is a DDS replacer, similar to a skintone default replacement, it isn't a real "mod" exactly. It's not a global mod, core mod, or XML tuning mod, and will not conflict with anything unless you have something that replaces the exact same texture files. As such, it is compatible with all versions of the game, will not need updating for EPs/patches, and really is about as safe and simple as anything possibly can be.
Installation :
After download, place it in Mods/Packages or Mods/Overrides folder, usually located in C:/Users/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3.
To be shown in game, you should delete the cache files, generated after every game:

To bring more realism to the game install Outdoor Lighting Tweaks v2.2 by dDefinder
