Please Note:
Legendary Curtain (Left and Right)
The curtains do not display properly when placed on a diagonal wall, reverting to the cloned item but the colors of the new curtain.

The Artframe TV
When the TV is initially placed on the wall, displays as a grey (screen-off) color i.e. like a regular TV.

For the artwork option, please use the design tool to select a frame and/or art picture.
Your Sim can turn on the TV with the remote, regardless if in TV or the artwork option. When the TV is turned off, the screen displays as a grey (screen-off) color and you have to use the design tool to change back to the art work option, if desired.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
