This mod adds a new negative and repeatable memory: Had a Mental Breakdown. A Sim gets the memory whenever the Therapist visits them to help overcome their aspiration failure. Additionally, Sims who have seen someone's aspiration failure can gossip about it later.



This mod consists of two parts:
  • token: the memory itself; Sims don't get it without the event part,
  • event: makes Sims get the memory; it must be used with the token part.

Uninstallation
It seems safe to remove both parts of the mod even if your Sims have the memory. From my observations, all Had a Mental Breakdown memories and gossips disappear once you enter a neighborhood – and it was also my intention when creating this mod.

But if you want to be extra safe:
  1. Remove only the event part first to prevent new memories and gossips of this type from being created.
  2. Remove all Had a Mental Breakdown memories and gossips in your neighborhood(s), preferably using SimPe.
  3. Once no Sim has the memory or its gossip form, you can remove the token part of the mod as well.
